The following terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased from Classic Screenings.
1.0 Terms of Sale
1.1 Tickets sold by Classic Screenings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.2 All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged.
1.3 Refunds will not be provided for incorrect bookings or leaving a screening before the conclusion.
1.4 As Classic Cinemas operates screenings outside, it may be impacted by weather. Screenings will only be cancelled in case of rain or other safety issues to either attendees or staff.
1.5 Screenings may be cancelled due to technical problems.
1.6 Screenings may be cancelled during a session for the reasons outlined in Clause 1.5 and 1.6.
1.7 Full refunds will be issued following a cancelled event but may be subject to processing times from financial institutions and ticketing management. Refunds will not be processed on site.
1.8 Customers will be contacted if an event is cancelled utilising the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
1.9 Attendees arriving late may be delayed in entry until an appropriate time in the screening.
2.0 Privacy
2.1 Any information collected by Classic Screenings will only be used by Classic Screenings.
2.2 Clause 2.1 does not apply to TryBooking or any other payment service Classic Screenings utilise. Classic Screenings is not responsible for how these services may utilise your information.
Classic Screenings may alter the terms and conditions at any time and the purchase of tickets will be subject to the current terms immediately.
